Hi,

I hope someone can help.  

 

I purchased the TL-SG1008D as i needed more ethernet ports that the BT home hub has so i saw this as it says plug and play.  

 

I connected the swithc to the BT Hub, yellow flashing light on the switch next to the cable, then it does not matter what i connect to the switch it always says no internet connection although there is a flashing yellow light next to the cable on the switch.

 

So much for plug and play.  Can anyone help.

The yellow light maybe means 100Mbps speed. But it should not block the data. You can try to use two PC to ping each other, check if the switch can work.
