If you have problems using a configuration domain such as tplinkeap.net, try the fool-proof method using IP addresses:

  1. Set the EAP to factory defaults by pressing the RESET button for 5-7 seconds until its LED starts blinking.
  2. Connect the EAP directly to your PC using an Ethernet cable. Don't connect it to your network.
  3. Set your PC's IP to a static IP from the 192.168.0.0 network. For example, set it to 192.168.0.10. Apply.
  4. Start a browser and load the web UI of the EAP by addressing http://192.168.0.254 in the browser's address bar.
  5. Set an unused static IP to the EAP from your regular network, say 192.168.1.2 or whatever you use. Save it. Connection to the EAP now temporarily drops.
  6. Reconnect the EAP to the network, set PC back to DHCP.
  7. Connect PC to the network, load the web UI using the newly set IP, log into EAP, done.

By the way: your CAPS LOCK key is stuck. wink
