Model: AP200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 2.3.0 Build 20190731 Rel. 51932(5553)

Hey all,

Model: EAP245
Firmware: 2.3.0 Build 20190731 Rel. 51932(5553)

HW Version: 3.0
ETH 1 POE :1000Mbps - FD

I have been using my Archer C3150 for a 2.4 and 5ghz network. I'm moving over to the EAP245 but getting terrible speeds.

With the C3150 I'm getting 300+ / 300+ speeds and on the EAP245 I'm getting 25 / 25

I mirrored the ssid settings from the C3150 to the EAP245 but no dice.

I did obviously disable the wireless on the C3150 before hooking up the EAP245.

Womp - figured it out as soon as I saw my settings layed out. Encryption was set to TKIP and not AES on the 5GHz.

Wouldn't think that would matter.

@Scott.Bates

Yeah, that matters.  As noted on Intel's support site, "The IEEE* 802.11n draft prohibits using high throughput with WEP or TKIP as the unicast cipher."  This is actaully part of the specification.

Glad you could figure it out!
