Hello All, I have TL-SG108PE and a small/large problem - during the day it can reboots (like loosing power) twice/none/hundred times a day - there's no correlation. Does anyone ever encountered this issue? Maybe this is a phisical hardware malfunction? Despite the fact that i'll also use other TL-SG108PE and ther're no problems with them.

One thing is on my mind, this faulty Switch is passing GB's of data, as it is used for Surveillance cameras (but my other's are also used in the same way).

 

Maybe there's a feature to see the device logs, debug somehow to check where the problem is?

TL-SG108PE is just a simple switch. It hasn't system log. If you make sure the switch will reboot automatically, you can check if its power is normal. Or maybe the switch is damaged. It seems that haven't method to fix it.

I have the same problem on my TL-SG108PE bought last April and it randomly reboot several times a day. I hope a software update would fix this issue.

Did you guys fix this? I just got myself TL-SG108PE and it randomly reboots itself. I think I'm gonna RMA it.

@LeszekWachowicz i had the same issue, all the time my switch restarted. So, I ended up discovering that the problem was with a router connected on the switch that was causing this problem. I suggest you check the devices connected to your tp-link, my network is now working 100%.
