Cant downgrade Firmware EAP110 Outdoor V3
Because of the bug of firmware 3.4.0, i want to downgrade to FW 3.2.0 but after manually upgrading it always fails(please see above picture).

Normally there will be nothing wrong if we want to downgrade the firmware to an older, for your device, we recommend you to reboot/reset it to have a try.
By the way, you mentioned the bug of the firmware 3.4.0, what's the issue do you meet? Please tell us and we may help you.

@forrest already reset it several times, same error occurs.
the bug/issue is that client devices can pass the portal authentication after disconnected from the Controller.

From the screenshot, it seems that there is something wrong with the firmware you are upgrading, please downloading the firmwarre from the following website:

The bug/issue is that client devices can pass the portal authentication after disconnected from the Controller.
When we use the Omada Controller to manage the EAP and set portal, the portal should be not work if the EAP is disconnected from the Omada Controller. Therefore, we recommend you to keep the Omada Controller running all the time so that the portal can work normally.
By the way, as I said, the portal should not work when EAP is disconnected and it works in your network. It is a bug and we have found it. We have made a new firmware to fix it, the new firmware is under testing. When we finish it, we will upload it to the website.
For the issue you cannot downgrade the firmware, it is truly strange. Can you make more screenshots about it?

I have the same issue with EAP225 V3 running firmware V2.6.1, downgrade to older versions is not possible anymore:

@kaotzki just hope TP link release patch firmware to downgrade.. new firmware unstable and many bugs
