Model: TL-ER5120
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

Hello,
I want to use a TL-ER5120, replacing my orange box on the fiber.
So I connect the ONT to one of the Wan ports of the TL-ER5120, I configure the PPPOE connection with the Vlan835 appropriately. The connection is established properly, everything works. I configure my NAT rule for incoming connections and it's perfect. The only problem is VoIP.
Indeed we use SIP phones. With the livebox, it goes well but with the router, the calls are good but we do not hear our interlocutor.
Obviously I disabled the SIP ALG. But nothing helps.
On the Wan2 I connected a satelite link, and everything works properly. The only problem is that I absolutely want to use fiber for telephony.
Is this problem known? Is the PPPOE connection the problem?

@Yannt

Do you mean that your SIP Phone can work with Wan2 of satelite link?  If so, you can try to contact your PPPoE ISP.

@Andone

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, the SIP phones work properly with the SAT.
When I am not using the TL-ER5120 and I am using the ISP box, the connection is made using PPPOE and the SIP phones work properly.

According to your test result, the problem may happen on ER5120. Do you have any settings on ISP box, like MTU or port forwarding? If ER5120 uses the same setting, I haven't solution as well. It may related to the mechanism of ER5120, can contact their support.
