Omada controler software. Can't login, doesn't accept email. What can I do?
Bough a new 225 Access poit and tried to connect it through the Omada software and add it to yhe other 2 access points I already have. For some reason my written login and password doesn't work and the default email is unknown.
I removed the Omada software and reinstalled but nothing changed. How can I reset the software and recreate my Wifi network?

@NikosK, which passwords? Of the EAPs or Omada controller (these are different credentials).
As for an EAP, reset it to factory defaults as written in the Quick Installation Guide. Press the RESET button for 5-7 seconds until the LED starts blinking.
As for the controller, re-install the software. Make sure you have uninstalled the database before (complete de-installation). Omada controller will ask you to define a new user account and password on first run.
To be able to receive the password by mail if forgotten define a mail server in Omada controller. Without a mail server, you can't request a forgotten password to be sent by mail.

you can connect to container/host with Omada software installed, under the hood it uses mongo db for data storing,
mongo database name is omada, collection name is user
so, you need to query that collection and update password hash for user
