Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20180629 Rel.58591

Hi! There is a TL-SG1024DE 3.0 switch that sometimes gets stuck after a day on the port to which an infrequently used device is connected. This happens with several different devices, even if I plug it into another port.

The firmware is the latest.

After I restart the device the problem is solved for a while.

Can there be a unique device error?

Please help anyone who has experienced anything like this or knows the solution to this problem.

@MCsaba Hello, I have exactly the same problem. Unfortunately there is no new firmware that fixes the problem.

Can unplug the device and plug it back to the port solve this issue? If so, the issue might be caused by Green technology.

Power down Idle Ports

When a computer or network equipment is off, the corresponding port of a traditional switch will continue to consume considerable amounts of power. The TL-SG1024DE can automatically detect the link status of each port and reduce the power consumption of ports that are idle.
