Model: EAP225
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 2.20

hi, I recently purchased 3 EAP245

(Model: EAP245(EU) v3.0 Firmware Version: 2.20.0 Build 20200423 Rel. 36779) access points and a 0C200 controller (1.2.3 Build 20200430 Rel.52621), but I cannot configure them correctly.
I can't manage it from the controller, I can't get them to connect with the internet.
how to do? thank you

@Edoardo.a., see the release notes for EAP245 firmware 2.20.0:

Just upgrade your OC200 to latest firmware v1.7.0 (Omada SDN Controller 4.1.5) found here.

Before doing so, read the Upgrade Guide:

@Edoardo.a., probably your Windows firewall or anti-virus software prevents communication between EAPs and the controller. Try to disable the firewall and anti-virus software. Also remove the 192.168.0.0/24 LAN in Network settings. As long as you don't manage a switch/gateway with Omada SDN Controller you don't need any LAN settings for the network in the controller.
