OC200 4.1.5 EAP reboot schedule

Looking for assistance here. I found in the threads about the UTC bug that requires you to set the Controller for 00:00 UTC zone to allow auto backup to work. I was able to make the changes to my controller and finally got the backup's running. Thanks for the info on this. However I was hoping that this would also fix the scheduler function under Services and Reboot Schedule. I have set a few different schedules of individual EAP225, EAP245 units to reboot (along with one that lists all units). No devices reboot and when I look at the logs, no devices ran or missed the schedule either. Has anyone been able to successfully set the reboot schedule for All or select units? I have not seen any other threads about this so not sure if this is just an issue I am having or one that is a known bug.
I have the Controller set for 00:00 UTC and the Site for -04:00 for DST offset. With this update, the auto-backup functions. However even with this change, the scheduler for the reboot will not function. I have looked through my logs and confirmed that I have the logs to capture reboots. No scheduled reboots are happening as configured. Do you by chance have the scheduler configured on any of your controllers with 4.1.5? If so, are you seeing logs of the schedule, and can you create a successful configuration for single or multiple devices? Again not sure why this fails as the process is very straight forward, yet nothing is happening (logs only captured manual reboots so far).
