Model: SG2008P
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

Story in a Nutshell:

I bought Omada OC200 SDN along with TL-R605 multi-WAN VPN and EAP245.

I am already manually managing five 16 port switches and now wants to upgrade the network by adding a L2 PoE switch along with Omada SDN to ease my pain. Planning to have atleast three EAP245 and more switches in future in near future.

Requirement:

BUT I am simply unable to find a Omada SDN supported 8 Port PoE switch anywhere in the local or online market.

I contacted with local vendors in Nagpur including TP-Link store but they aren't able to help.

I am specifically interested in TL-SG2008P V3 as it perfectly match with my requirements and also listed in Omada supported switches:

https://www.tp-link.com/in/omada-sdn/product-list/

If I would not find anything then unfortunately I would need to go with this one (with great unsatisfaction) which isn't listed in the omada supported list :

https://www.amazon.in/TP-Link-T1500G-10PS-TL-SG2210P-Gigabit-Switch/dp/B0725SRJVZ/

I am not sure how are you selling Omada OC200 SDN on Amazon without providing its supported switches in the Indian market?

PS: Is there a way I can buy a specific TP-Link PoE switch and upgrade its firmware to make it support Omada SDN?

Hope you may help!
