Hello VIGI community.

I've just purchased multiple 'VIGI C300HP-6' cameras for my company, and I'm trying to add them to my Blue Iris NVR system.

I've added the cameras to Windows installation of 'Vigi Security Manager', and updated the camera's IP address, etc.

I've tried following the steps here: https://www.tp-link.com/au/support/faq/2898/ , but I haven't been able to get the camera video to connect in Blue Iris yet. I'm wondering if anyone here is able to provide some tips?

In Blue Iris, I'm confident that I have set the correct IP address, username, password, and RTSP port. I'm trying various ONVIF ports of 2020, 8800, and 8999.

I've selected TP-LINk as the make, but they don't list the VIGI models under the model dropdown list. Strictly speaking I don't need to have this set correctly, as long as I can figure out what to put in the stream profile main video section. For example, when I select Ubiquiti make, and UVC G3 RTSP model, the Main Stream is /s0 and the substreams are /s1 and /s2.

For those that find this in the future, I got the camera to work in Blue Iris.

The key was to put in all the details: IP address, username, password, RTSP port: 554, ONVIF port: 2020. and THEN to use the "Find/inspect" function.

This resulted in the following:
