I recently downloaded the latest firmware update  = TL-ER6020(UN)_V2_20180211 

After the update, the router will not boot. The Power & Sys lights remain on static.  I’ve tried resetting the router, holding the reset button in and turn on the device AND also tried the reset button with the power already on. The result is the same.  I tried manually connecting with a cable to a LAN port with a static IP address on my Mac, namely 192.168.0.100, also fails. 

I was hoping TFTP to the router to manually load a re-downloaded version of TL-ER6020(UN)_V2_20180211, but I cant connect to the router in any way.

How do I overcome this problem?
