Policy routing through VPN interface - can telnet/ssh but not browse
I've set up an L2TP VPN and the connection is fine. I then set up a policy route to send any traffic to port 2087 and 22 through the VPN.
- When I telnet to port 2087 and 22 they work.
- When I access https://mysite.com:2087 I get a time out.
- However, if I first SSH to mysite.com and then refresh https://mysite.com:2087 I'm able to connect it in the browser.
What is causing this strange behaviour and how could this be fixed?
