help with VOIP config with PC and phone daisy-chained on same port

Dear Forum:
We have new polycom IP telephones (Soundpoint IP560) at a client and have installed this (3424) switch with the hopes of prioritizing the voice traffic for the new phones. The telephones are daisy-chained (the phone plugged into the switch, and the PC plugged into the phone). These daisy chained phones are plugged into ports 9,10,11, and 12 on the switch.
The customer is having IP phone voice issues, and we believe the switch needs additional configuration to resolve this problem. We have attempted to configure the voice priority via the GUI web interface, but when we do, the PC's lose network connectivity. Can someone help me understand how we can make the switch prioritize the traffic for voice on ports 9,10,11 and 12.
The firewall at the site is a Sonicwall TZ100W device, and appears to support QOS.
We attempted to configure the voice VLAN settings, but have not had success.
Thank you guys for all your help.
Bob
