I'm having an issue with the URL Filter in the ER6120. The issue is unblocking a URL. Here's the scenario:

When I set up the router I set the URL filter to block facebook.com for object "any". It works great and the users can not access the URL. Now I've been asked to unfilter it temporarily, so I deleted the facebook entry for "any".
Facebook continues to be blocked. I've power cycled, re-added and re-deleted the entry with no luck (one helluva filter ) . Anyway if it was up to me facebook would remain blocked forever but I need to unfilter it and at the moment I'm stumped. 'Any suggestions?

it's impossible, i use the same firmware as you, but i can use the URL filter normally, if i delete the URL entry ,, for example "google" , then i can access to goolge properly.
so please check other configurations, maybe others block it.
also you can bypass the 6120 and check whethe you can visit facebook .

Well...I'm baffled. There are no other filters on my network and I'm plugged directly into the router. I don't really want to bypass the router because it would require taking my users off line while I do it and I don't think a facebook access issue justifies it. Oh well. It's not a show stopper. thanks for your reply.

Is your application filter disabled?
