Hello:

I'll use an example to be clear..

#wget http://localhost:8088

Redirects to https://localhost:8043/login

This makes no sense, even browsers consider localhost to be safe, I want to disable this redirects because I want to put a reverse proxy in front of the omada software controller and currently have to waste CPU cycles by instructing the frontend server to connect to the controller https interface..

I am on the same boat.

Is it not possible to disable HTTPS redirect for the Omada controller management interface?

Also would like to put it behind an HTTPS reverse proxy.

@crrodriguez , Did you manage to find a way?

@kozalp I have since abandoned this approach and have an oc200 connected to tp-link omada cloud.  I digged up into the controller source code and all of this is hardcoded, it is not possible to do what we want, even if the default it does not make any sense whatsoever as forcing https is only reasonable from the internet or in untrusted local networks, with valid ssl certificates.
