Hey,

I'm having a small issue with one of my TP-Link Omada EAP245 V3TP-Link Omada EAP245 V3 Access Points.

After an electricity failure (connected via POE to my switch) I had to reset this one Access Point, out of a set of 5 - managed by Omada.

Then I've set an username and password again and added it again to Omada with all the correct settings, which are managed by the "site".

However the Access Point keeps blinking: 4 seconds green - 1 second nothing; over and over again.

In Omada everything seems fine.

What is the reason for this blinking? Is it because currently no clients are connected to the Access Point?

Found and solved the issue!

For some reason the IP address for my gateway (router) was saved into the Primary DNS, and thus no gateway address was set.

Just blanked the Primary Address and moved it to Gateway and all works now!

So some sort of isolation indeed, but not seen as such by the Controller.

@terziyski  As I've already reset and reconnected the device it doesn't really answer my question.

Hence my topic. I had seen that topic indeed.

@Threesa

That was the closest description to your LED state I've seen.

From EAP245's installation guide the "flashing green slowly" means that the EAP is in isolated state.

If that's the case you can check the following solution.

@terziyski

Doesn't seem to be in isolated mode neither.

Shouldn't it be solid yellow then as well?
