Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.4 /210823

Hi

I have replaced dahua vnr to vigi.

2 of my dahua cameras are working fine.

I had to add separate user on camera , since admin was somehow not working

There was a tab in users called ONVIF , that solved it.

Now two other cameras are also onvif compatible , but there is no ONVIF tab in users.

How can I connect them ?

it's

Device Type IPC-HDBW4431R-AS-V2

Software Version2.420.0000.22.R, Build Date: 2016-12-09

WEB Version3.2.1.404565

ONVIF Version2.42

S/N3K0198EPAA00092

We suggest that you may take a picture of the settings you mentioned for our reference

Based on what you have mentioned adding individual users should be a function of the NVR?
Generally speaking, to add an onvif device, you can add the device directly to the NVR, no need to change the login user.

Best Regards!
