Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.14.3 Build 20220112 Rel.64116

Good day, I recently upgraded to Omada Controller V5.0.30 1.14.3 Build 20220112 Rel.64116 on OC200.

I have noticed that since the upgrade, my Local Users for my portal are now having problems. I had set things in such a way that each user gets a max of 200Mb per day on wifi and this would reset automatically the following day however, since the upgrade, if a user uses the 200 Mb, the account is disabled and it does not automatically re-enable the following day as it did in the previous versions.

I have not changed any setting for my local users only the upgrade.

Kindly assist

NB: I have removed the mac address on purpose

@Farai_M Hello,

1. What's the previous version of your controller ?

2. Try to delete the portal and create the new portal again to see if you can fix the issue.

3. Do all the devices has the same issue ?

Hi Hank and team, Thank you for your response. 1. I believe my previous controller version was 4.4.6 if i am not mistaken but it should have been the last v4 of the controller 2. I have deleted the portal and created a new one, will update tomorrow on the results 3. yes, all the devices are experiencing the same issue
