Model: EAP225
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have 5 eap ceiling mounted devices wired back to a network switch.

I am trying to connect smart devices that have to be on the same network but because the hub for the smart device is plugged into the switch and the device is WIFI connected to an EAP, it is saying they are not on the same network.

How can I have all EAP’s on the same network??

Please check if you have set the VLAN or Guest Network for the EAP WiFi?

These function may cause this issue.
