Why oh why are the Omada EAP 620/660 so bulky? There is no way they my spouse will let me put that on the ceiling in our house. heck, even I don't want to look at that thing on my ceiling.

 

If Ubiquity can make nice and sexy ceiling APs, surely TP-Link can do it as well. Just copy the design like you copied the controller software :)

 

But seriously, until you change the design of the APs and make them more Unifi like, there is no way I'm putting them up, sorry.

  @Pisatelj Looks like you have to wait for their new APs (EAP650,...) - much smaller footprint.

  @Pisatelj Good question as always with TP-Link ;-) So nobody knows... And it depends on your region.

  @Pisatelj It's not my fault... Also want to have those small APs ;-) And new Firmware, new Controller,... But everything takes it's time.
