Is it possible to have the NVR email me when there is an alert?

I can do this with my old DVR setup and also other NVR options - I can't for the life of me find out how to have the VIGI system do this for me.

I've enrolled in the app on my phone, setup a link on my TPLINK for the devices - no luck!

I have Tapo C320WS camera which I receive alerts from and they currently record to an SD card installed in them. I  'could' enrol in TAPO Care and pay a chunk of cash each year for subscription - I would prefer to have an NVR so I can monitor better from my PC rather than my phone.

Failing that I may have to look at using AgentDVR on an old SFF PC I have spare as that can send me email alerts. I wanted to use the Tapo NVR as it seems a lot easier to configure and setup to record on.
