OC200 Dead
Hi. After a network problem, i've unplug the ethernet poe cable on my OC200, and since, i cannot ping it anymore.
i've saved configuration on it, but not on server.
Is there a way to recover configuration on it ?????
I have a second unit, but i've spend lots of time on this configuration.
If someone can help me, i thank it a lot

The OC200 needs to be connected to the front end to obtain an IP address.
You can check the network cable, change the network cable to connect to the front end and see if you can find the IP address of the OC200.
If the OC200 is not able to get an IP address correctly, then just power up the controller, do not connect to the DHCP Server device, and connect the PC directly to the OC200's other network port.
Set a static IP address for the PC such as 192.168.0.X, then use the default 192.168.0.253 to access the controller's interface.
This step assumes that you have not set a static IP for the OC200, if you have, then set a static IP for the PC on the same network segment.
First see if you can ping through to the OC200 IP, if you can ping through or can't get in, then turn off the firewall, anti-virus software, etc., change the browser, privacy window are tried.

Thanks Virgo, i'm not a newbie in IT (dont be offenced). Generally, before i post for help i've tried all the forum/internet solution i can find on intyernet and on this forum. I have tried to "sniff" with oc200 directly connected on a laptop and nothing. This oc200 from the begining allways had the same fixed ip address, but no response. The amasing thing was that i've dont have touch the "password" for "pairing" so i also have lost the possibility to pair installed AP (some are 10 meters high). Thanks TPLINK for this non-reliable hardware.
On the second unit i have (a new one never used), when i power-up cloud led flash after 2 sec. On "dead" unit, no cloud blink !!
I have open the box, and i see a connector on pcb board. I'm going to see if i can communicate with processor (jtag)

@btx Perhaps, but it was more than 2 year old, and i doubt that i can RMA it. Concerning the oc200 (a normal unit) itself it works, it was little and i can put it in my network bay. I'm going to consider cloud option, but i hate cloud.
