I have a camera on my backyard garage that must use the same SSID as my router (Ring). I see no other way around this in their configuration. I have the current AP/Client setup but with a different up configuration ie, 192.168.0.x rather than 192.168.1.x
I've tried just using the one CPE as an AP to broadcast my current SSID from my router but the signal is not strong enough at 5 ghz. I now reslize after many tries that if I had bought one CPE 210 it would have been sufficient.
