Model: EAP660 HD
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20220118 Rel. 60852

Hi,

I'm using EAP660 HD access points on my network along with Omada Controller SDN deployed on a VM.

Some users are experiencing from time to time video quality issues while teleconferencing and as this issue is limited to few devices, I'm suspecting packet drops.

Therefore I would like to monitor what's going on.

I found in AP > AP device > Statistics > Radio frequency a global graph of packet drops/retries over time. Unfortunately this does not help when there are lots of clients.

Is there a way in Omada Controller to monitor "per client packet drop" over time ?

Thank you in advance,

M.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have a very similar issue, and it would be good to have a way to filter packet drops by client.
