Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1

Hardware:
Router: ER7206 v1.0   1.2.1 Build 20220512 Rel.77113

Switch: TL-SG3428 v2.0   2.0.3 Build 20210409 Rel.52950

EAP: EAP670(US) v1.0   1.0.3 Build 20220316 Rel. 51997

Using Omada I created a VLAN and setup an Access Point that uses that VLAN (call it APRestricted).

I created a URL Filtering permit rule on a Network (VLAN from above) to only allow one domain *.google.com

I connected to APRestricted.

I verified my device was on the correct VLAN by the IP address it was assigned.

Now it should block everything except for *.google.com

I tried going to www.microsoft.com and it loaded the page.

What am I doing wrong?

  @MaximusMark Hi

I did not test URL filtering but I do use Access Control function. I think they are similar.

I believe you should add another rule to deny all other traffic. (URL box only put in *)

  @Somnus The problem is I only want to allow certain websites not all sites. Even will a rule with one website it allows all websites. At this point it seems like a bug in the URL filtering.
