Model: SG2210MP
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20220909 Rel.75392

I am trying to access my TL-SG2210MP V1 switch using the CLI. I've found the documentation (https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202011/20201103/1910012904_T16_T26_CLI.pdf) at the dutch support page: https://www.tp-link.com/nl-be/support/download/tl-sg2210mp/v1/.

I can enter 'Privileged EXEC Mode' but I am unable to get into 'Global Configuration Mode', I am getting a bad command error. I also find the amount of possible commands limited:

NOTE:

  • switch firmware = 1.0.5 Build 20220909 Rel.75392
  • I am using the device account specified in the controller (using the UI)

Can someone help me? All help is appreciated!

Dear  @Jdruwe

May I know how you managed this TL-SG2210MP V1 switch before?

If the switch has been managed by an Omada Controller before, then the CLI command will not take effect.
