Wireless Network MAC Filter, filter a known MAC

Hello,
I've been adding MAC Filter to my trusted WiFi network, it works for all clients except one. The MAC has been validated and added to the MAC Group but it's still getting rejected with the "..the user is blocked by Access Control." message.
MAC Filter is Enabled with the "Allow List" Policy and the required MAC Group.
Anyone ever encountered this?
