Model: CPE210
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 2.2.2 Build 20200612 Rel. 38101 (4555)

Hi everyone.

I'm having a issue with my TP-Link CPE210.

The device is in AP Client Router Mode, and it is connected to a Public AP 2.2km away from my home.

When I 1st connected to the AP all seemed fine, until a few hours had passed and the connection suddenly drops to 1mbps speed, and it stays there for like 1h or more sometimes, and it's always dropping the connection to the AP like every 60 or 120 seconds.

At that rate of speed and can't really surf the internet, sometimes it can't even open the Google search page.

I don't know if I have some config wrong or what, i've been playing with several options but with no success.

Also the CPE is connected to a Archer C6

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this issue.

Cheers.

  @RCSantos

Wireless communication is mutual and it is recommended that you first confirm that the AP signal at the other end is capable of transmitting steadily over such a long distance.
It seems that there is nothing wrong with the settings, distance settings are recommended to be set to 1.1 times the actual distance.

You can connect a PC behind the CPE and do a continuous ping test to see.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
