Scheduling is really under utilized in the Omada ecosystem. 
I have 2 WAN connections. One starlink and the other ADSL. Starlink just now implemented a soft cap to their customers and I would like to make a routing policy around it. when its off peak hours, change the load balinceing from 1:1 to 2:1 with starlink being prioritized. 

Currently, I will have to manually go into the local Omada website and click a button to do what I want.
