Firmware Version:

Good day,

My firewall is blocking the network traffic between the OC200 and the Omada Cloud back-end server/service.

The result is that when my OC200's are behind the firewall they show as "offline" and I am unable to access the OC200 remotely from the cloud.

What is the url or IP and port number that the OC200's use to communicate with the Omada Cloud?

Regards,

James

  @JamesTav Hardware controllers use port 443.

Edit:

You can find all relevant ports here

@RamtinR

Thanks for ther info, it clearly details all the port being used.

My firewall rules also allow filtering based on destination url or IP.

What url or IP do the OC200 use to connect to the Omada Cloud?

Regards,

James

  @JamesTav

Hi,

I don't know now, but you can find out with the Wireshark. I can try later today.
