Dear All, I have this topology.

ER7206 - V1

MR6400- V5.30

I want to configure IPsec VPN, is it possible?

If it ok, please help me

In theory, all routers support IPSec can build the site-to-site tunnel.

 

However I notice the MR6400 is a 4G router, that means it may not have public IP on the WAN port.

 

You may check your MR6400 WAN/Internet IP. If it does not have public IP, it's impossible to communicate with it directly through Internet

I'm referencing a solution by Draytek. They use PPTP VPN solution.
I see they are using Open port solution for 4G Router running VPN client and having "IPsec NAT-traversal (NAT-T)" feature
