Model: EAP653
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.4

Hello.

I'm having problems each time I must restart switch or router.

My equipment are:

ER605 v2.0. Firmware 2.1.1

Switch TL-SG2210P V5.0 firmware 5.0.5

1 EAP245(EU) V3.0 firmware 5.0.6

3 EAP653(EU) V1.0 firmware 1.0.4

All the eaps are connected to POE switch.

Each time I need to restart router nor switch, only the 245 EAP reconnect to the switch and restart wifi connections. The 653 attemp to "reconecting" but after a few minutes, all them appears in the omada controller as "disconected". The only way i found is to "re-adopt" as new ones. I must to hard reset each one of the 653, and then procced with a new adopt process.

Is this normal?

Many thanks.

  @FranToledano

Not normal, I have many EAP225-outdoor and EAP245 and a EAP620, and all of them can come back automatically after rebooting of the router.

But I'm using software controller on a Windows PC, with a static IP configured. You may try fixed IP for your controller host.
