CPE510 in AP Mode from downstream switch connection to upstream CPE 510 in client mode
Recently deployed cpe 510's and EAP 225's to build out a wifi network for 5 buildings, none of which have ethernet or fiber connections between them.
At the source for broadband, the first cpe 510 (#1) is connected to a 605 router and set to AP mode using maxstream for PtMP connections.
4 of the cpe 510's are set to AP mode (#'s 2-5) and connect to the first. They all work just fine to pass internet to the 225's.
The 5th cpe 510 feeds a switch. From that switch two eap 225's and one cpe 510 (#6) are connected. The #6 cpe 510 is set to AP mode to act as the initiating bridge to connect to another as yet uninstalled cpe 510 that is set in client mode. Necessary as the location of the next link is outside the beam spread of the #1 cpe 510.
Here's my issue - I can't see the #6 cpe in my Omada site. All the other cpe's which are linked wirelessly to the #1 cpe show up. I have a means of logging into Pharos and I can see the #6 cpe, but can't see the ip address or mac address from the Omada portal.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a limitation of the Pharos/Omada relationship?
Thanks in advance,
Mark
