Hello,

I recently bought 5 TL-SG3452X switches and 6 SFP+ modules TL-SM5110-LR(UN). Before setting up the omada controller, I saw logs in each switch recording disconnection/connection of sfp+ modules. Now I can't find it in the omada controller logs/events. The frequent outages are probably caused by the fact that I use old SC/LC patch cables there. I have already ordered a new one, but I would like to monitor connection failures of modules/fibres on the omada controller just as I monitored them when I tested the switches separately, without the controller. Is there a chance to enable this kind of logs/events to be monitored in omada controller?

Thakn You

Best Regards

Dalibor

  @oqix

As I know, the SFP port connected/disconnected information couldn't be shown in the log on the controller.

If you wanna check it, you can use SNMP or SSH.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
