I just want to know how can i monitor my two WAN ports.

I have two internet links. Both my modems are in Bridge Mode.

So my Primary Link is connected by PPPoE service (at WAN port) and my second one just connected by Dynamic IP (WAN/LAN1 Port).

So, i'm using a ER605 v2 in Standalone mode and i have a PRTG Server monitoring my network. I've enabled SNMP v3 on ER605 and i've configured it on PRTG, so basically, this is the result of the SNMP v3 discovery:

Finally, how can i indentify the correct sensor to monitore it? Because, when i remove the UTP Cable of any modem, i have many sensors in fail mode. Which is the specific sensor to monitore each internet link?
