Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: V3

Hello we have recently installed a LiteBeam 5AC to bypass a very long ethernet run and have tried to add it as the source for a T2600G-52TS switch but are not able to get any good network. We have confirmed that if we are to connect a device to the bridge receiving side that we are able to get network but once we put it into the switch we lose all bandwidth. We have a static IP address assigned to the T2600G-52TS switch from the router. We have static IPs for the LiteBeam bridge and bridge and switch are on the latest firmware. Is there any configuration needed for the switch to "accept" a different network source? We believe it may be the bottleneck but unsure how to debug/confirm and of course fix.

Apologies for the improper terminology and descriptions we are very new to IT :) Please let me know if I need to clarify anything

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi  @stevenb8

Maybe try a shorter Ethernet cable? (between the switch and your Wi-Fi bridge)

When you connect a PC to the bridge receiving side, what IP address you can get? Make sure that is a private IP, and DHCP enabled.

If your PC requires a static IP to work, means there could be no DHCP server on the front end.

To figure out the issue, a topology picture that contains the bridge sending side will be helpful.
