I am a bit confused,..

I want to plug eap 225 24v 0.5a in a poe switch.also an oc200 comtroller.

But switches are 55v+ . This will harm my devices?

this access point have support for both, so you can connect it to a  802.3af compatible switch

• 802.3af PoE
• 24V Passive PoE (+4,5pins; -7,8pins. PoE Adapter Included)
