Just as the title. Can I use a PoE port of my TL-SF1009P to connect to the uplink port my other TL-SF1009P as a switch?

Yeap, you can. The POE port would be a normal ethernet port when you plug a non-PD into it.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
