Model: EAP245
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.1.0 Build 20230104 Rel. 79433

Is anyone running 5.1.0 Build 20230104 Rel. 79433 on their EAP245 V3 access point(s) and having issues with Apple devices not staying connected or having issues roaming to another access point?

  @JuniperMS

Tried enabling Fast Roaming, AI Roaming, Band Steering, disable the Private MAC on the Apple devices for testing.

  @Virgo

Fast roaming, 802.11r, and band steering are enabled on the wireless network the Apple devices are connected to. Private MAC address is disabled on the Apple devices. It appears to only be Apple iPhones with the issue. I noticed fast roaming was not enabled under the site so I just enabled it along with AI Roaming, Dual Band 11k Report and Force-Disassociation. They where checked by default after checking Fast Roaming.

  @JuniperMS

Tried setting a separate SSID without any authentication for the Apple clients, what will happen?

Or setting a SSID only enables 5G band to test.
