Problem after upgrading firmware of switch
Just wanted to report a problem regarding updating a switch firmware.
one is stuck at 'upgrading' and the other one is 'disconnected' after.
Model:TL-SG3428MP v4.0
Firmware Version:4.0.7
Latest Version:4.0.8 Build 20230602 Rel.76586
Status:Disconnected
i didnt get the info.
Status:Upgrading since the last time i click the upgrade button (maybe friday?)

Update for TL-SG3428MP
Restarting the device is nope, i reset it via terminal using console. after the reset adopt it and noticed the version is updated.

May I know the firmware version of your controller?
Did the TL-SG3428MP with the new 4.0.8 firmware version is working properly?
Do you want to upgrade TL-SG2428P to 1.1.8 firmware but are stuck on Upgrading? Could you share a screenshot with us?
Please confirm there is no power outage or Internet disconnection during the upgrade process.

A. Haven't tested but it seems working, this is a test unit (standby unit) i update before updating all the deployed one.

A. Yes,
Upgrading since maybe last Friday, haven't tried to restart the unit but maybe ill try to go on-site today.
Q. Please confirm there is no power outage or Internet disconnection during the upgrade process.
A. There is no power outage and internet is connected, this is a remote site
