Model: CPE710
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: CPE710(UN)_V1_20211216

Greetings,

I've installed an EAP225-Outdoor on the main building, and need to connect other 2 buildings, i've selected 2x CPE 710.

Got the EAP225 configured, but the cpe710 can't find the eap network, all equipments got last version, tested connecting to the EAP wifi with smartphone, all ok.

Is there any incompatibility?

  @FMRpt to elbaborate on the suggestion by @Virgo ,  manually set the 5Ghz channel on your EAP225 Outdoor to 149 or above. I would just go ahead and set it to 161.  The CPE710 should be able to see the network then.

  @FMRpt

Tried different channels and channel widths on the EAP, it usually fixes the problem.

  @FMRpt

I had something similar but in my case with an eap610, I bought 2 and with one of the APs I was able to configure client mode, but not with the other AP and it was a firmware problem, both new devices purchased in the same store had different firmware. Check that the EAP225 have updated firmware, in my particular case I could see my eap610 from the CPE710 and I could connect. After updating the firmware on the other device I can now use both for these cases. Now I have one of them in test because I read somewhere that the connection is not stable and from time to time it hangs and you have to unplug it and then it works again, let's see if the same thing happens to me or could there be another cause .
