OC200 not connecting to cloud
Hi all,
I've been using the Omada config for about 5 months now and had very little issues until today. I was organising my home server room and once I reconnected everything, my OC200 wouldn't connect to the cloud anymore.
Current setup is:
Virgin Media hub in modem mode
ER605 Omada Router
OC200
TL-SG1005LP PoE switch
2x EAP225
I know there is internet, I'm connected to it currently via the APs but the controller just seems to not be connecting.
On the App and via desktop I can see the controller but showing as offline. Things I've tried:
Turn off and on
Tried different cables
Removed/unbound the controller from my account and done a reset
When I reset, the cloud light blinks for a few seconds but then stops again indicating that it doesn't have internet but all the APs which are connected to the same switch have internet.
Anyone have any ideas?
