Dear [Support Team/Technical Team],

We are currently experiencing issues with the Hotspot Form Portal after upgrading the controller version from 5.12.7 to 5.13.23. In this version range, when clients fill in the information on the form portal and press Submit, the controller does not respond. Consequently, clients are unable to proceed past the login page and cannot access the internet. I hope this error will be addressed in the upcoming new version.

Have you tried to set up a new Hotspot with Form Auth for testing? Maybe re-create a rule can fix it.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
