Hi all.

Like many the inability to clearly and simply delete all logs when you hit the 10k+/10k+ finally caught up with me at the weekend when I found that for some reason I had 10k+ of DHCP events one for every time a device obtained a lease.

This was in part my fault by setting a very short lease time on one VLAN and allowing the family to use Apple's private address feature. That said it still took me over an hour deleting everything in lots of 100 as I cannot see any other method.

My question is.. where and what is the setting to stop logging DHCP events as I cannot seem to find it?

Cheers

@Hank21 thanks for this.  Certainly this stopped the incredible flood of logs that was killing the network stack
