Model: EAP620 HD
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.2.1

Hi

I've tried to upgrade my EAP620HD to the latest firmware version 1.2.5 using the Omada controller.

But it was unsuccessful and it shows error "upgrade failed: The upgrade file is invalid."

Next, i tried to download the latest firmware file and upload manually but I still encountered the same

error.

Could anyone knows how to resolve this issue?

Thanks

George

Hi @George_Ph24,

Please try upgrading the firmware on the controller v5.13.30 which has fixed the issue that some models’ firmware can’t be upgraded online, but only through manual upgrade.

Omada SDN Controller_V5.13.30.4 Pre-release
