Oc 300 V5.13.24 problem on the omada android app
Today after updating my oc 300to V5. 14.24 I'm getting an error on the omada app on the cloud after any modification and trying to save it

Hi @OMADA-tunisia,
Could you show this error message on the Omada APP in English? Please try Logging out current account on the APP, and totally shut down the APP, logging into it again for testing.

I have tested all the above and nothing change
I have reset the android app and the problem remain
I have 2 oc 200 and it works without problem
It happen only after updating to the v 5.13.24

Hi @OMADA-tunisia,
Please check whether the Cloud light on the OC300 is on, and tried to disable the Cloud Access and enable it again for testing.
