Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1

Here is my situation. My brand new ER7206 (Hardware Version 1.6) does not respond *during* Omada SDN triggered Upgrade. The OC200 registered the router fine, and told me to upgrade. Until that time, everything was working as expected. During the upgrade, the router stopped responding. So, naturally, I ended up in here. https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3062/

Went through the process, and got stuck at step 3.

Press and hold the RESET button, then plug in the power cable, after that all the LEDs will flash, then wait until the LEDs of the connected ports to light up, now you can release the RESET button.

then wait until the LEDs of the connected ports to light up

So, I waited a long time, and the LEDs of the connected *port* (remember, only one LAN was supposed to be connected). The LEDs never light up. So, this exception is never addressed on the support page.

What is my next step?

  @RP123456

Return the ruter as DOA an get a new one.

and tell the supplier that you want v2 device,. v1 is old and I pretty sure that is outdated soon.
