I have rebooted and nothing helps.  There are no connectivity issues just get no data

What kind of controller you are using? Software, hardware OC200/OC300 or cloud based controller?

 

It seems that the communication between Omada devices and the controller is disconnected, please check the wired connection of your controller. And make sure the controller should be able to communicate with the Omada devices.
